"LANGUE : PAROLE" draws its title from Ferdinand de Saussure’s distinction between "langue" (the structured system of language) and "parole" (individual speech acts). Inspired by this concept, the film explores the tongue as both a physical muscle and a metaphor for the tension between collective structure and personal expression. In cooperation with Dr. Robert Rathkolb and Franziskus Spital Wien.
